A doula provides emotional, physical and informational support before, during and after birth. Unlike midwives or doctors, a doula isn't a medical professional - they're focused entirely on you. They'll advocate for your wishes and ensure your voice is heard when it matters most.
Your doula is someone who knows you, who's been with you throughout your pregnancy, and who stays by your side throughout your entire labour.
Research shows that having continuous support in labour leads to shorter labours, fewer interventions, less need for pain relief, and a more positive birth experience.

I match
I'll hand-pick three doulas from my personally vetted network. You'll get a profile for each - who they are, their experience, their package and fee.
You choose
You meet them, ask your questions, and choose the one that feels right. And walk away knowing you've found someone brilliant.
