The opportunity
How it works
The Doula Club matches expecting parents with doulas based on their requirements, location, budget and personality. Rather than relying on directories or word of mouth alone, families come to us because they want a personalised recommendation from someone who understands what they need.
When a family gets in touch, we learn about their birth preferences, their concerns, and what kind of support they're looking for. We then hand-pick three doulas from our network who we think would be the right fit.
The family meets the doulas, asks their questions, and chooses who to work with. It's simple, personal, and it works.

We work with doulas at every stage of their career - highly experienced and those just starting out. What matters to us isn't how many births you've supported. It's the quality of connection you bring to every family you work with.

We're looking for doulas who are:
Trained and insured
Committed to evidence-based, non-judgmental care
Respectful of all birth choices and preferences, and honest about your own scope and boundaries
Reliable, warm, and easy to communicate with
Available to support families in their area
